All data processing happens entirely in your web browser on your device. When you upload customer data or use segmentor.app:

• Your data is processed locally using JavaScript in your browser
• No data is sent to our servers or any external services
• Your data never leaves your computer or device
• The tool works offline because no server communication is required

No Tracking Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Standard users enjoy completely cookie-free browsing. Teresa Monroe staff members only require a one-time authentication cookie during initial login, which is immediately moved to local storage—no cookies needed afterwards.

Teresa Monroe Staff Authentication

For Teresa Monroe staff members, authentication is handled through Cloudflare Access. This process:

• Uses a secure authentication token stored locally (not in cookies)
• Does not collect or store personal information on our servers
• Only verifies your access to Teresa Monroe staff features
• Does not track your usage or activity

Data You Control

You have complete control over your data:

• You can save your work locally using the .seg file format
• You can export reports and data in various formats (PDF, Excel, PNG)
• You can delete all data by simply closing your browser or clearing local storage
• We have no access to your saved files or exported data

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services:

• Cloudflare: For hosting and Teresa Monroe staff authentication only. Cloudflare Access handles authentication but does not provide us with your personal data.
• Font Services: Google Fonts may be loaded from Google's CDN, which is subject to Google's privacy policy.

None of these services have access to your customer data, as all processing happens locally in your browser.

GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Because we don't collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers, segmentor.app is compliant with:

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
• Other data protection regulations worldwide

Since we cannot access your data, there's nothing to request, delete, or export—your privacy is protected by design.
