• Provides visualisation and analysis of customer satisfaction and loyalty data
• Generates reports and insights based on the Apostles Model methodology
• Offers advanced features for Teresa Monroe staff members

The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

Use of the Service

You agree to use segmentor.app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to process data in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that could damage or impair the service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data

Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the data you upload and process using segmentor.app. This includes:

Since all processing happens locally in your browser, we have no access to your data and cannot be held responsible for data loss, corruption, or security breaches on your device.

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

You may export reports and modify them outside of segmentor.app using external tools. However, editing, adding, or deleting content within the segmentor.app interface is restricted to Teresa Monroe staff members with premium access.

For all users, you may:

• Export reports in various formats (PDF, Excel)
• Modify exported reports using external software
• Customise formatting, styling, or presentation of exported materials
• Combine exported outputs with other materials or data

You are solely responsible for the final version of any modified or customised outputs. We are not liable for any consequences, decisions, or actions taken based on modified or customised reports. Any modifications you make are your own work, and you assume full responsibility for their accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness for your intended use.

Teresa Monroe Staff Access

Teresa Monroe staff members have access to additional features:

• Custom logo upload and branding
• Removal of segmentor.app branding from exports
• Advanced watermark controls

Access to these features is granted through authentication and is subject to:

• Verification of Teresa Monroe staff status
• Compliance with these Terms of Service
• Access restrictions based on authentication status

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to segmentor.app at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. Since we don't store your data, there's no account to delete or data to remove from our systems.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
